Echelon Arch + Design has an immediate opening for an Interior Design Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction and installation. We are looking for a collaborative, organized leader who combines strong design judgment with the ability to manage client relationships, guide staff, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

This role includes oversight of interior design development, documentation, specifications, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) coordination.
The Interior Design Project Manager will also manage and mentor junior interior design staff, assign and prioritize work, review deliverables, and support professional development.

As a leader within the firm, you will help strengthen our design processes, maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors, and contribute to the continued growth of Echelon Arch + Design.
