This project included a 65,000 SF parking lot across from the main facility with two storage buildings: a 1,100 SF chemical shed and a 600 SF vehicle storage building. The main effort was a 37,105 SF expansion to the building, plus 7,950 SF of renovated space. A 28,022 SF addition to the south end provided a new break room, maintenance area, paint booth, machine shop, and open testing space. The north administrative wing was expanded by 1789 SF with a 3,472 SF renovation for meeting rooms, offices, a break room, and restrooms.

The customer service center gained a 1,285 SF addition and a 3,051 SF interior expansion, adding more service areas, offices, and a wellness room.

Other upgrades included converting the former break room into offices and training space, plus a new air compressor room, safe room, and expanded excitor room.
